A. Sounds like the laptop does not have enough RAM and/or hard disk speed to keep up with the webcam's demands.

Q. The wireless strenght is excellent, but when I try to get onto the internet, it tells me that it isn't connected. How do I fix it?
A. In the router there's a setting about allowed computers: add your pc to it and configure the connection. Use the manual to find how to do it.
