Q. I have a Samsun SGH-A667T that I've been trying to load pictures from, and onto the computer. I've tried installing New PC Studio, and Kies, and neither are able to recognize the phone model. Please help.

A. That phone supports microSD cards. This means you can insert a card, then transfer the pictures from internal memory to the card. You do that in memory settings. You can then either plug the card into a card reader, or connect the phone as a USB mass storage device - either way, the card will show up on your computer as a removable drive you can copy stuff from.

A. 1) Press OK to access your menu
2) Navigate to "Settings", or just press "#"
3) Press "8" to select "More..."
4) Press "8" to select "Restrict and Lock"
5) Press "0" to select "Security"
6) Enter your current lock code
7) Press "1" to select "Change Lock Code"
